- Venue cost will be shouldered by the client
- Set-up and clean up are included
- Registration of attendees
- Registration sheets will be provided by eZcape, and will be handed over to the client
- All attendees will be given name tags, information folder and pens (included)
- Food and beverage supervision and contact
- Food and Beverage cost will be shouldered by the client
- A/V requirements supervision and contact
- A/V cost will be shouldered by the client,
- Over all event supervision
- Ensuring that your event starts and ends on time, well organized, and will exceed your standards and expectation
- Event Communications and Materials:
- Create event invitations
- Print agenda and other material
- Secure attendee gifts/raffles
- Produce name badges
- Shipping event signage and displays (personal banners should be paid individually by the client)
